3-Day Checking & Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 3-Day Checking and Replacement Policy for all customers.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged watch, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed.
